Right At School in Buford, GA is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs focused on safety, engagement, and meaningful learning. You will coach staff, ensure licensing standards, and coordinate daily activities from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience with children, and knowledge of child development. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to support families and schools in delivering high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children and understanding of child development ideals.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when interacting with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy standards; coach staff to maintain team cohesion.
• Report on safety protocols and well-being of participants.
• Engage meaningfully with families, clients, peers, and children to support communication.
• Maintain student check-in/out records and attendance procedures per policy.
• Plan daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
