Right At School is hiring a Program Manager in Milton, GA to lead afternoon program operations at local schools. The role emphasizes safety, joyful learning experiences, and strong family communication within a structured after-school setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and experience with children, including knowledge of special needs. Training in child development is preferred; strong teamwork and Google tools proficiency are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• Identify and submit proof of MMR.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: supervise staff to meet safety and joy standards and maintain up-to-date site docs and licensing.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols for participant well-being.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers, and children; respond to emails promptly.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-in/out records and attendance procedures.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
