Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong oral, written and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: ensure safety and joy standards, coaching staff and maintaining attendance and policies.
• Safety Assurance: report on safety protocols and submit proof of MMR.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers, and children; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain records for student check-ins and check-outs.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
