Job summary

Mentoring Alliance is looking for an After School Program Leader to guide elementary students in enrichment activities and to foster youth development in a faith-based after-school setting. The position is non-exempt, part-time, and averages 17–20 hours per week.

Applicants should be at least 17, with a high school diploma or GED preferred and CPR/First Aid certification. Background/Sex offender checks are mandatory; Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred.
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school.
• Foster youth development in a positive, faith-based setting.
• Commit to Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.
