Job summary

The-Mentoring-Alliance is seeking an After School Program Leader to guide elementary students in engaging enrichment activities after school. You will foster youth development in a Christ-centered program and model wholesome, service-minded living for kids in the community.

This is a non-exempt, part-time role averaging 17–20 hours per week, with weekday afternoon hours. Ideal candidates are ministry-minded, reliable, and able to support a safe, encouraging environment for children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred.
• Have a passion and love for working with elementary school-aged children.
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities.
• Foster youth development in after-school setting.
• Work Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.

CPR/First Aid certification

Background/Sex offender check

Valid driver's license/ID

Education
