Job summary

Mentoring Alliance After School is seeking a Child Care Worker to lead elementary students in enrichment activities and foster youth development in a faith-based after-school program. The role is part-time, non-exempt, and follows a school-year schedule, with afternoon hours Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates are 17+ years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and are prepared to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check.
• CPR/First Aid certification mandatory.
• Spanish-speaking ability is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities.
• Foster youth development in after-school setting.
• Be a positive role model and minister of the Gospel.
• Work Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.
