Job summary

Mentoring Alliance After School is seeking ministry-minded individuals to lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school. This part-time, non-exempt role offers 17-20 hours per week and focuses on youth development in a faith-based setting.

Ideal candidates are at least 17, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and able to work Monday to Friday 2:00–6:00 pm. CPR/First Aid certification and background checks are required; Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass background checks.
• Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued.
• Must have reliable transportation and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school.
• Foster youth development and serve as a positive role model.
• Work Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. during the school year.
• Ensure safety and follow program policies and background checks.
