Mentoring Alliance seeks an After School Group Leader to foster youth development in an enrichment program for elementary students. This ministry-minded, part-time role offers 17–20 hours per week and requires dedication to excellence and serving kids in the community.

The position emphasizes being a role model and minister of the Gospel, with scheduling Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school year, and requires CPR/First Aid certification and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check.
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued.
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred.
• Able to work Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license or valid ID.
