Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to guide young learners in a warm, engaging classroom. You will lead and mentor staff, implement the center’s curriculum, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

This role requires caring, reliable hands-on leadership and a commitment to safe, inclusive environments. The candidate should have 2–3 years of early childhood experience, a CDA or be in NAEYC candidacy, state trainer approval preferred, and a Bachelor’s in ECE is a

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organization.
• Active CDA or NAEYC candidacy; state trainer approval preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities and partners.
