Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to guide and mentor in the classroom, delivering our curriculum while adapting to each child’s unique needs. You will partner with families to support growth, safety, and engagement, and work with center staff to drive enrollment and accreditation efforts.

Ideal candidates have CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years in Early Childhood Education, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification as needed.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required/acceptable.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• State qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support care and education for their children.
• Support center success around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
