Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor staff in a learning-centered environment. You will implement the KinderCare curriculum, create safe and engaging spaces, and partner with parents to support each child’s growth.

Qualified candidates bring experience in Early Childhood Education, a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. This on-site role is central to family and community engagement across districts.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred; state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
