Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education and support the center’s goals around enrollment and engagement.

The role requires 2–3 years of early childhood education experience, CDA credentials or NAEYC candidacy, and CPR/First Aid certification. The position is on-site and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
• CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• State trainer certification preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
