Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor colleagues, deliver the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom for children. You will partner with parents and center staff to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills are required.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required or pursued.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistently with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Assist center with enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities and partners.
