Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated Teachers to lead and mentor in classrooms, implementing the curriculum while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to deliver high-quality care and education.

Ideal candidates hold a CDA Credential or are pursuing NAEYC candidacy, with 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience and willingness to obtain state trainer credentials. CPR/First Aid and physical ability to lift 40 pounds are required.

• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
