Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor early childhood staff while implementing our curriculum to meet each child’s needs. You will create a safe, nurturing space for learning and partner with parents to achieve the best outcomes for their children.

The role emphasizes collaboration with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and ongoing engagement. An CDA/NAEYC credential and CPR/First Aid are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have CDA or NAEYC candidacy.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
