Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor teachers while implementing our curriculum. You will create a safe, nurturing space for children to play and learn and partner with families to support education and care.

You will also contribute toward center enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while building strong relationships with families and staff. The role requires relevant credentials (CDA or NAEYC candidacy), CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain,

Qualifications

• Must hold a CDA credential or be eligible for NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Strong communication in English with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; work with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
