Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an experienced early childhood educator to lead and mentor classroom staff, implement our curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing environment where children learn through play. You will collaborate with parents and center teams to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Preferred qualifications include a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid certification, and 2–3 years of ECE experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy in progress
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom
• Implement KinderCare curriculum to meet each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
• Partner with parents to support child care and education
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, regulators and partners
