KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor fellow educators while delivering KinderCare's curriculum in a nurturing classroom. You will partner with parents to ensure the best care and educational outcomes for children, supporting center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

You will join a team dedicated to safe, caring environments and community involvement across sites, with opportunities for professional growth and impact in early childhood

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading, writing, and speaking required to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities and partners.
