Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood classrooms and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality care and education.

You will lead and mentor less experienced teachers, implement the center’s curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow; you’ll engage with parents to support each child’s progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers
• Implement KinderCare curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children
• Partner with parents to support child education
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners
