Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support learning in our early childhood program. You will implement the curriculum, foster a safe, nurturing space, and partner with families to ensure each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and engage with children indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom with feedback.
• Implement the curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support the child’s education and care.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.

Skills

Outstanding customer service

CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy

Approved state trainer

Early Childhood Education experience
