Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to nurture young learners and partner with families across our centers. You will lead and mentor less experienced teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children.

The role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, and 2–3 years of early childhood experience; a bachelor's in ECE is preferred. CPR/First Aid may be required.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in early childhood education and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
