Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can play and learn. You will partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education for their children, and you’ll collaborate with center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
