Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom while implementing curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to support their children's care and education.

You will support the center's success by working with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, while building positive relationships with families and partners across the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum per each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
