Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring for an early childhood educator role in a center setting. You will lead and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children.

Responsibilities include partnering with parents, supporting enrollment goals, and maintaining positive community relationships. Minimum requirements include CDA credential, 2–3 years ECE, CPR/First Aid, and ability to lift 40 pounds. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.25 hourly.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement curriculum consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Connect with parents to share the best care and education for children.
• Support center success and enrollment through collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
