Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an early childhood educator to lead and mentor in the classroom, implementing the curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs and creating a safe, nurturing environment for learning and development.

You will partner with parents and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while fostering community relationships and ensuring high-quality care across locations.

Qualifications

• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; partner with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
