Woodcraft Rangers in Hawthorne, CA seeks an Early Learning / TK Program Leader (Jr. Rangers Club Leader) for part-time, 20-25 hours weekly. Shifts 1:00 PM – 5:00/6:00 PM; reports to Site Coordinator. Qualifications

• Availability Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM.
• Experience in expanded learning programs, after-school programs, or youth recreation settings preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with children and youth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe and supportive environment for students.
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities supporting whole-child development.
• Monitor student attendance and participation.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with staff to plan culminating events and celebrate achievements.
• Submit daily attendance records; attend required trainings (~15 hours) across weekends.
