Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. in Bowie, MD is seeking energetic Cheer and Dance Coaches to teach elementary students in after-school enrichment programs across Prince George's County. Qualifications

• Experience teaching Cheer or Dance is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with children in elementary grades (K–5).
• Reliable transportation to schools across Prince George's County.
• Must successfully complete Prince George's County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary students Cheer and Dance activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, physical activity, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
