BBA Afterschool Inc. is seeking energetic After‑School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary students in Prince George's County. This part-time, after-school role offers 1.5-hour sessions with curriculum provided and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Cheer, Dance, gymnastics, or related activity preferred.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K–5.
• Must successfully complete the Prince George's County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary students Cheer/Dance activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, physical activity, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
