Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic After-School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in fun, structured enrichment programs throughout Prince George's County.

This part-time, after-school position runs Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with 1.5-hour sessions and $45 per session ($30 per hour). Curriculum and equipment are provided; no weekends and no lesson planning required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Cheer or Dance preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with elementary students (K-5).
• Reliable transportation to schools in Prince George's County.
• Must successfully complete background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Teach Cheer/Dance activities to elementary students.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, activity, and participation.
