Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic After‑School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in Prince George's County.

This part-time, after-school role runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with 1.5-hour sessions. You will earn $45 per session ($30 per hour) and receive the curriculum and equipment provided by us.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Cheer or Dance to children is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with elementary students in grades K–5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Prince George’s County.
• Must complete the Prince George’s County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process.

Responsibilities

• Teach Cheer and Dance activities to elementary students.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for groups of 15–25 students.
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, physical activity, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
