Charter Schools USA, a leading education management company, invites applications for a Before & After Care Worker. You will help maintain a safe, orderly atmosphere in the cafeteria, playground, and designated areas by supervising students during approved programs.

You will reflect CSUSA's Strong Minds, Good Hearts values, resolve conflicts with children and parents, and support staff and the school principal. A high school diploma and love of working with kids are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Previous experience as daycare assistant or summer camp counselor, preferred.
• Must like children.
• Commitment to company values.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Reflect professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents; be firm but friendly.
• Supervise and monitor students during Before/After Care.
• Follow sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before Care.
• Follow sign-in and dismissal procedures for After Care.
• Tutor and assist students with homework.
