Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Before & After Care Worker to help maintain a safe, orderly environment in school areas and supervise students before and after school programs. This role supports tutors and activities and reinforces CSUSA policies.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or higher and enjoy working with children. Prior daycare or summer camp experience is preferred, and flexibility to perform other duties as assigned is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an orderly, safe, and pleasant atmosphere in the cafeteria, playground and designated areas.
• Supervise students during before and after school programs.
• Resolves conflicts with children and parents in a courteous and firm manner.
• Assist with homework and participate in activities with students.
• Follow CSUSA policies and school procedures.
