Charter Schools USA is seeking a dedicated Before & After Care Worker to maintain a safe, orderly environment in school facilities including cafeteria and playground. You will supervise students during before and after care programs, assist with homework, and help with snacks while adhering to CSUSA policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Previous daycare assistant or summer camp counselor experience preferred.
• Must like children and commit to CSUSA values.
• Such alternatives CSUSA may find appropriate and acceptable.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Reflect a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents.
• Be firm but friendly when dealing with parents, children, and coworkers.
• Supervise students and monitor during before/after care.
• Tutor and assist students with homework.
• Follow proper sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before/After Care.
• Pass out snacks and supervise playground activities.
