Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is seeking a dedicated Before & After Care Worker to support a safe, orderly environment in cafeteria, playground, and other designated areas. You will supervise students attending before and after school programs and assist with homework, snacks, and activities under CSUSA policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher, a preference for daycare or camp experience, and a genuine love for working with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Previous experience as daycare assistant or summer camp counselor, preferred
• Must like children.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Reflect a professional manner in the public eye and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents, be firm but friendly, and professional.
• Follow sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before Care and After Care.
• Monitor students and supervise in playground and designated areas.
• Assist students with homework and pass out snacks.
• Tutor and support students during activities and after-school programs.
