Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is seeking a Before & After Care Worker to help maintain a safe, orderly atmosphere in the cafeteria, playground and designated areas after school. You will supervise students, assist with homework, distribute snacks and support a positive, structured environment in line with CSUSA procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or higher), enjoy working with children and be committed to CSUSA's values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Previous daycare assistant or summer camp counselor experience preferred
• Must like children.
• Commitment to company values.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents.
• Monitor students and supervise sign-in/dismissal.
• Assist students with homework and pass out snacks.
• Play with students on the playground and tutor as needed.
• Follow school procedures and CSUSA policies.
