Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Before & After Care Worker to help maintain a safe, orderly environment in the cafeteria, playground, and designated areas. You will supervise students before and after school, assist with homework, and ensure procedures for sign-in and dismissal are followed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or higher and demonstrate a commitment to CSUSA values, with prior daycare or camp experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to resolve conflicts with children and parents while remaining calm and respectful.

• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, orderly, and pleasant atmosphere in cafeteria and playground.
• Supervise students during before and after care programs.
• Assist students with homework and tutoring as needed.
• Follow sign-in/sign-out procedures for before and after care.
• Maintain professional conduct and strong customer service with families.
