Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks dedicated staff to support children ages 5–12 in ABA therapy, helping them develop communication, social, and independent living skills through structured play-based activities.

You will work closely with a supportive team, follow individualized treatment plans, and receive paid training to earn your RBT certification. This is a full-time on-site role in Spring, TX with competitive hourly pay and rapid interview process.

Qualifications

• RBT certification within 20 days of hire is required or planned
• High school diploma or higher required; degrees may affect pay bands
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and mobility requirements for active therapy sessions
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work with children ages 5–12

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5–12 using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data
• Communicate with the team and contribute to a supportive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy space
• Participate in training and development to earn RBT certification
