Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and engage children through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities in a dynamic clinic setting.

The role offers full-time hours, paid training, and a path to RBT certification with raises and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented and able to support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
