Action Behavior Centers in Spring, TX is seeking compassionate individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with optional Saturday shifts based on patient needs.

No prior experience required; we provide paid training and fully cover your RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No experience necessary for entry-level role.
• Paid RBT certification training provided by ABC.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist children during therapy.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
