Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills through play-based ABA therapy. The role offers full-time hours, paid training, and RBT certification coverage.

Start date is immediate, with 8am-5pm weekday schedules and optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Prior childcare or mental health experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
