Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking compassionate staff to support children ages 5–12 in our ABC Academy program in San Antonio, TX. You will implement play-based ABA plans, track progress, and work closely with a supportive team to help kids build communication, social, and independent living skills.

You’ll start immediately, with paid training and opportunities to earn your RBT certification. The role requires daily active engagement and a commitment to safety and child well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move actively with children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5–12 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and participate in ongoing training.
