Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a School Readiness Behavior Therapist to work with children aged 5 to 12 in Live Oak, Texas. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, follow individualized treatment plans, and help kids build communication, social, and independent living skills.

This full-time role offers paid RBT certification, ongoing training, and a supportive team. Schedule includes weekday afternoons and alternating Saturdays, with opportunities for growth and advancement as you gain

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and move frequently to work with children.
• Experience in childcare or education is a plus but not required.
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5–12 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data.
• Communicate with your team about progress and needs.
• Create a safe, organized therapy space.
