Action Behavior Centers in Georgetown, TX is seeking a School Readiness Behavior Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to support children ages 5–12 through play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role offers hands-on experience, on-site schedule, and rapid interview processes.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, stay active with the children during sessions, and work closely with a supportive team while pursuing RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree (proof required).
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification training will be provided and certification earned after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 5–12.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple data.
• Communicate with the team and participate in sessions.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy space and active engagement during sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to support progress and growth.
