Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking dedicated individuals to support children with autism through one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy. The role emphasizes following individualized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and helping kids learn via interactive activities.

The position offers full-time daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, paid RBT certification, and ongoing training. A Bachelor's degree is required and experience in childcare or health-related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
