Job summary

Shining Steps ABA seeks caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing team for after-school hours.

We offer flexible part-time schedules, paid training, RBT certification support, ongoing supervision from experienced BCBA’s, and meaningful work helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and able to pass background checks.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
