Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We welcome current RBTs looking to add hours and school staff seeking supplemental income for after-school sessions.

Typical session times are between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with weekend opportunities. We offer paid training, RBT certification support, supervision, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
