Job summary

The Granite Group is seeking a detail-oriented CASST associate to support showroom sales after a sale closes. This full-time, Monday-Friday role can operate from any Granite Group branch with space to accommodate; you will scan orders, log them in The Source, monitor status, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams, handle adjustments, communications, and payments as needed while maintaining strong service levels and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Scan bath, kitchen and lighting orders for accuracy and log into The Source.
• Proactively review order status and take necessary action.
• Monitor open orders and track POs.
• Regularly update customers on order status and delivery dates.
• Coordinate delivery with branch warehouse teams to meet timelines.
• Handle payments, refunds and final settlements with customers.
