Job summary

Granite Group is seeking a dedicated CASST team member to support showroom sales after a sale and ensure customer satisfaction. You will log orders, monitor statuses, and proactively communicate with customers to keep deliveries on track.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and solid computer proficiency. You’ll coordinate with branch warehouses and assist with issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and order systems.

Responsibilities

• Scan and log new bath, kitchen and lighting orders into The Source.
• Proactively monitor order statuses and take necessary actions.
• Regularly update customers on order progress.
• Coordinate delivery dates with local branches and warehouse teams.
• Handle order adjustments, payments, refunds, and final settlements.
• Log calls and emails in the ticketing system for team access.
• Serve as a showroom resource for coworkers and support CASST efficiency.
