Job summary

The Granite Group is seeking a full-time CASST member to support showrooms and sales teams after a sale. You will log orders, monitor statuses, and proactively communicate with customers about deliveries and issues.

You’ll coordinate with branch warehouses and assist showroom staff, offering timely resolutions and accurate documentation. This role is Monday–Friday, based at Granite Group branches, with dedicated office space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to log and track orders in the system.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Scan new orders and log into The Source.
• Monitor open orders and POs; update customers on status.
• Communicate with customers via calls and emails; follow up on deliveries.
• Process order changes, payments, or refunds as needed.
• Coordinate delivery dates with branch warehouse teams.
• Create SpecBooks for showroom projects on request.
• Assist showroom sales associates and act as a showroom resource.
