Job summary

The Granite Group Wholesalers LLC is seeking a dedicated CASST team member to coordinate post-sale service for showroom customers. You will log orders, monitor status, and keep clients informed while coordinating deliveries across Granite Group branches.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and proactive communication. It is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based at Granite Group branches.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Excellent detail, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and follow up
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of common computer applications and internet search techniques

Responsibilities

• Log new bath, kitchen and lighting product orders into The Source (order management software)
• Proactively review order status and take necessary actions
• Monitor open orders and tracking of POs
• Regularly update customers on order status
• Re-source products to meet timeline promises
• Make adjustments to orders, process payments or refunds
• Notify customers of completed orders and arrange final payment
• Schedule delivery with local Granite Group branches
• Respond to showroom sales associates and customer inquiries via phone and email
• Log calls and emails into the ticket management system for continuity
• Initiate product returns and provide required paperwork to branches
• Handle warranty issues and product problems
• Check stock/lead times upon request
• Create SpecBooks for customers and share with sales teams
• Serve as a showroom resource for Granite Group coworkers
• Contribute to other CASST duties as needed
• Promote customer delight and satisfaction
